- The Heart Institute
- Hospice Program
- Nursing Scholarship program
- The Cancer Institute
Memoriam Language Used in an Obituary
Families who wish to ask for memorial gifts through their loved one's obituary can the following wording, or similar: "The family requests contributions be made to Doylestown Hospital, Development Office, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901." If you would like to support a particular program or department, you may include the name of the program or department in the obituary. Memorial Gift Acknowledgement
When making a memorial gift, please include the name and address of the individual you would like us to notify of your gift. For each memorial gift, Doylestown Hospital sends a card to the individual you designate acknowledging the donation. We will also send notification to the donor, acknowledging the gift has been received and notification has been sent to the designated representative.
