To obtain copies of Radiology reports and images, please
contact the Radiology File Room at 215-345-2599.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Voicemail is available to leave messages.
Advanced notice to prepare your records is appreciated.
To ensure patient confidentiality, federal regulations (HIPAA) require
photo ID and signature of the patient at the time of pick up.
If you choose to send a representative to pick up imaging or
reports for you, please provide them with a note signed by you,
authorizing them to pick up on your behalf.
Photo ID is also required for your designee.
The Radiology File Room is located on the first floor of
Doylestown Hospital, off of the Main Lobby Waiting Room.
