Every patient admitted to the hospital receives a Patient Education folder. The folder contains information for your safety while hospitalized, a television programming schedule and a list of all available Health Education videos on the Skylight CCTV system. The folder is to be used throughout your stay for any additional Patient Education material that you are given by your care providers. Take the folder home with you to have available whenever you need to refer to the information. |
