To ensure patient privacy, your message will be delivered in accordance with the patient confidentiality guidelines of Doylestown Hospital.

DELIVERY
MONDAY through FRIDAY: All messages received by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be delivered the same day. Messages received after 2:00pm will be delivered the next day.
WEEKENDS: Any messages received after 2:00pm on Friday or throughout the weekend, will be delivered on Monday if the Patient is still in the hospital.
In the event that a message is undeliverable or received after a Patient's discharge, the message will be shredded or discarded. No record is kept of messages, delivered or undelivered.
