Chapel/Pastoral Care

A hospital stay can be a difficult experience.  Doylestown Hospital and the
Pastoral Care Department are committed to the healing of the body, mind and spirit.
Experienced, well-trained chaplains are available to provide spiritual care to patients
and their families during their hospital stay.   All spiritual services are offered with
respect and acceptance of individual religious or spiritual practices.

Chaplain services are available 24 hours a day.  Chaplains are in the hospital
Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, and are on-call at other times for emergencies.

A Rabbi, Catholic Priest, Protestant Minister and clergy of other faiths can be
contacted upon request.

Within Doylestown Hospital call x 2269 or ask your nurse to contact Pastoral Care.

Pastoral Care can be reached at 215-345-2269 from outside the hospital.

Please let us know if there are ways we can be of service to you.

Rev. Pauline J. Sexton
Chaplain, Director of Pastoral Care
